In 1985, at the age of 21 years old, Glenn founded Rainbow G&J Painting and built it on a foundation of reliability, hard work, and dedication to his craft. At inception, Glenn along with a small crew of men began painting homes and local businesses in Somerset County, NJ. Over the last 30 years, Glenn’s branch of Rainbow G&J Painting has evolved into a full service painting company specializing in projects that include high-end residential properties, commercial & industrial properties, shopping centers, malls, religious buildings, schools, and community centers throughout all of New Jersey.
Glenn takes a personal interest in overseeing every job site to ensure it’s successful completion no matter what size the project. This has enabled him to develop relationships with customers and add to his loyal, repeat customer base throughout the years.
Humble beginnings and strong work ethics combined with Glenn’s professional staff of employees has earned Rainbow G&J Painting respect and recognition in the painting industry.
Joseph joined Rainbow G&J Painting in 1990 after graduating from Ramapo College of New Jersey with a degree in Economics. For the past 25 years he has been working with property managers throughout New Jersey, successfully completing carpentry, power-washing, and painting projects.
Being involved in each project Rainbow G&J Painting takes on is something very important to Joseph. Whether it be a small power-washing job, or a large full scale community cycle of carpentry and painting, Joseph oversees the project to assure that all work is completed to the company’s standards.
Hard work, loyalty, and pride in your work are qualities that have been instilled in Joseph from an early age dating back to working with his father completing chores around the house on a Saturday afternoon.
Today these qualities are brought to every job Rainbow G&J Painting completes.
Matthew joined Rainbow G&J Painting in the summer of 2017 upon graduating from The University of Scranton with a degree in Finance.
Being the son and nephew of the two owners, Glenn and Joseph, Matt has watched Rainbow G&J Painting grow into a successfully run family business over the last 20 years and has begun expanding upon the company’s past success by offering new ideas and taking on new roles at the company.
Matt is a sales associate, specifically managing relationships with property managers throughout New Jersey and also has the role of marketing coordinator for the company.
Carlos has been an employee of Rainbow G&J Painting for the last 15 years. He started with the company as a painter and quickly worked his way up the ranks to running the power-washing division. He has since moved up to a full time manager, holding this position for the past five years.
