Our Managed Properties Division, is specifically designed to meet the needs of homeowner’s residing in HOAs, COAs, and Community Associations. Large scale projects involving hundreds of residents require precise execution along every stage of the project to ensure a successfully completion. We pride ourselves on communication. A Rainbow G&J Painting project manager is assigned to each site, and communicates directly with the property manager and the Board of Directors (if requested) throughout every step of the project. Small things like posting notices on residents doors several days in advance, or having a friendly project manager available to meet with homeowners to answer any questions they may have about the project goes a long way and helps the project run smoothly from start to finish. 

No project is too big or too small for our Managed Properties Division with projects ranging from full community (30 plus buildings) exterior painting to small work order requests. We have experience in working along side an engineering firm for large scale projects and are also available to assist with designing specifications for projects where the Board of Directors is seeking professional opinions or advice in the planning process.
